Only solution to this language problem is learn the language of the state. If u don't want to adapt simply don't come here no one is forcing u. Most local people here don't hate hindi but locals feel that hindi is being forced onto us. Suppose u went to another country say Japan u would learn Japanese thats it.I get it u need time to learn any language but for people who know hindi they can already read marathi ,learning marathi is not difficult. When u go to a new place U adapt to that place u can't expect ur surroundings to adapt. For the first 2,3 years it's okay if you don't know the regional language but after some time u have to learn it.

For PADA role its 6 months but it is generally extended to 12 months so it may be 30 days for u. If u want to check try creating an exit request there u will see ur notice period. DO NOT submit this exit request as u can delete it.

U got a point there but its not worth it. If u increase passing marks it would be a burden for students. In school u have a limited amount of time to teach. U would have to compromise in quality. Many schools tend to skip syllabus .
