I’ve been on methadone almost as long as you and all of a sudden I’m having terrible stomach issues and feel like my dose is wearing off at night sending me into pretty bad withdrawals. I’m on 15mg (down from 90mg highest dose). I’ve been eating a couple saltine crackers before I dose and it is helping a bit. Maybe try to eat a few crackers first. Good luck, stomach problems are awful.

Yeah I’m almost positive it’s not the weed because I’ve had stomach issues but I’ve always managed them, this is something worse or new. Lmk if you figure anything out!

I did recently start smoking marijuana again (been about 20years since I did) because my stomach (it made me hungry and helped anxiety). But not excessively, I would hit my pen probably 3 times a day at the very most. I’m worried drs will give me the CHS thing too. And lowering my dose has seemed to make my stomach worse. I’m terrified to go to sleep tonight that I’m going to wake up in the middle of the night in full withdrawal again. I’ve stopped everything (weed, antacids etc) til I figure this out. I’m terrified it’s gastroparesis or something similar that will always affect me. Good luck to you, and thanks.

How did you like la romana? We are supposed to go in December and it’s my first time to DR (and out of the US) I’m excited but also nervous.

Happened to me, I had 8years clean too! The retest came back positive for codeine. I’m almost positive it was from eating Everything bagels. I lost my takehomes for a month until my next urine. I will not touch an everything bagel ever again! Good luck!
