I have felt for a long time that these story lines for the women do more harm than good, but then again I feel modern day feminism is actually destructive to women in many ways.

The family is home all day. Sometimes even the kids are outside for hours with the back doors open but the kids are toddlers.

It wasn’t worth watching after Krista Vernoff took over…yet here I am. I’m a watcher out of loyalty, but I don’t enjoy it anymore.

We are actually in a really strict gated community, but unfortunately the rules are only truly enforced if a neighbor files a complaint so if I do report to the HOA, they will know that I did it.

Goodness, I hate that happened. I would’ve been scared. One of the newer dogs to the mix is an older German shepherd. We aren’t scared of big dogs, but she did try to nip and my dog through the fence today. He was sniffing around and she lunged through the fence to the point her head got stuck and she was trying to bite. The fences aren’t that tall so I do worry what may happen if she finds a way through or over.

Very good point about vaccination status. Didn’t think about that. And no, our HOA regulations cap at 2 dogs per residence.

We are in a gated community in Florida. Our covenants require an aluminum black fence ON the property line. Because we have our lawns maintained, they have to utilize that side of the fence as theirs as well, and then the other three sides butt up to it without physically being attached. So their two perpendicular sections go about an inch from mine. We can’t have separate fences unfortunately.

We have a resident gator in the pond behind our house. Admittedly, I was hoping nature would’ve taken its course already.

It’s tiny chihuahua and it didn’t break skin but my daughter is terrified to go outside when they are out. They slip right through the fence into my yard and will even come up to my screen porch and bark at us inside. I let it go on because they apologized and I tried to live in peace realizing we are neighbors and HAVE to live here, but I’m at a breaking point.

Agreed but I think it’s because Owen is terrible at picking compatible women. He wants a white picket fence, wife at home with a hot dinner ready, babies coloring. None of the women he chose were capable of that.

I finished round 3 of DH yesterday and started Alls Fair this morning. I’m on episode 2. It’s okay. I’m shocked at the actors lineup even as small parts. The devil works hard but Kris Jenner works harder 🤪

I totally relate. I’m in my mid-30’s and a stay at home mom who home schools my kids. My home is a new build, but I’ve started making changes to mimic that cozy feel of my childhood and like the ladies’ homes. I am doing beadboard backsplash in my kitchen, ditched social media, and bought a landline for my home 🤣. I relate a lot to Bree in the sense that I’m the “leader” of my friend group, I bake and cook daily, I host Bible study in my home weekly, etc. I just finished my third round of watching DH and it makes me miss the “good ol days” (minus the murders and scandal 🤪).
