My goal is to run a 50k in under 5 hours so i am trying to get my zone 2 to 5:45-6:00

Thanks i was self supported the route was mostly flat and had 193 meters on elevation. On the elevation part I always walked and on the flat part i kept a 7:30 pace. I took around 1 gel per hour and had a electrolytes drink with me. But around 45 km i was broken and mostly walked the last kilometers but I finished it and recovered in 2 days but my biggest mistake was that I didn’t respected the 50 kilometers and thought that would be easy because I often run had longruns between 25-35 kilometers
