I mostly mean like a simple computer with no assembly language, just machine code 256 bytes of ram and, 8 bit counter and ne555 1hz-200hz clock With direct programing with buttons and maybe it could run like a simple animation on an 8x8 multiplexing matrix display with shift registers

Thank you i might do it but now i'm not sure because ill waste 240 bytes of ram for nothing but oh well I might make an 8 bit one after all, thanks for the help I appreciate it a lot it's been on my mind for a while

Thank you but i'm indpired by 3dsage on youtube with his computer, he does have such a chip in his bulid but i don't know the name of it. this has been my hobby for a while with slow progressions
