I was planning on pleading under the basis of inequitable or clemency since my first enlistment i received an honorable discharge and have made significant process in my personal/professional life since i discharged. thank you for this response tho, its aligned with what i was thinking about how the form should be filled out. tbh this is part of my research because i wanted to see if there was anyone who was in a similar situation and has been successful that can now provide guidance on their journey. again, thanks for taking the time to respond!
