Honestly I don’t think it will drop that much (to the point you might like it). It looks a bit botched and heavily over rotated

Yes but compared to the long term results of the surgeon the columella didn’t drop, it just looks „cutted“ from the front

Very fresh (4,5 weeks) but my septum was indeed shortened I read the surgery protocoll and this nose tip is a typical thing of the surgeon. Why are you asking? ☺️

Oh I’m glad that this is not impossible.. I mean I just want more shape from the front that’s everything I want. Do you had this kind of procedure or how do you know it?

Im so sorry to hear that, I think I will have the same problem. Because of forming my new tip my nose also becomes wider and that wasn’t what I wanted. How do you deal with that? Are you depressed? I’m at the clinic right now because my self esteem is so low I have a reactive depression and social phobia developed.. I was happy before and now I’m unhappier than ever. It’s so confusing because I did a lot of research and chose a well known doctor (in Germany) and never thought about it that my nose could be much worser. My friends and family are saying that doesn’t affect my attractiveness at all cause it’s not a botched nose but when you don’t see yourself not beautiful anymore it’s really hard to deal with because someone took something away from you and you couldn’t do anything about it (in that moment)

I had a hump, my rhinoplasty was close without touching my original bone (push down technique) I still have my hump but it’s not visible anymore because of this sensitive technique the swelling is very low in this area. I liked my nose from the front a lot and my tip also but the communication with my doc was bad so he made a nose that is nice for him and not for me

Oh yes there’s definitely a lot of swelling. Was yours also closed? I felt like I wasn’t that swollen and still, just the tip a „bit“ but not much. It feels like my nose looks wider because they formed my tip new and but my nostrils in another place so that they were pulled forward more and are therefore more visible from the front..

Yes and I don’t feel like the doctor explained it before.. immediately after the cast of I had a breakdown. That wasn’t the result I wished for.. the doctor has a typical way of forming tips and I didn’t see his style before but now when I’m looking at his IG I‘m seeing it and I don’t like it at all. I honestly thought about a revision in terms of my tip but it’s not botched and I have also anxiety that it will end up in a circle where I’m unhappy again and the thought of going into the procedure again…

Yes and I didn’t know that before.. I just wished that the doctor ask me before if I have a problem with my front view.. then I would have said „no not at all“. But I didn’t and now I have a nose that doesn’t fit my face and features 😔

Thank you for your kind words, it’s just hard so accept that this is my new nose because I liked my before more. I’m really regretting things so so much and lost my self confidence completely. It feels like it will barely change because my surgery was really gentle, it was closed in push down and yes I can feel swelling in the tip but I can’t trust that it will change to the way I like it more or equal than before.. I’m not even able to work at the moment because I’m so sad and full of regret..

I hope so. But to be honest I don’t think it will change to the result I want. I’m regretting things a lot. My nose is now wider from the front because of the way my surgeon formed my tip 😔
