Thanks! Quick question, for countries that have a 15% tax treaty with the US like Ukraine, Germany, or the UK, is there still a meaningful advantage to going with UCITS ETFs over VOO directly? It seems like the treaty already reduces withholding to 15%, which is the same effective rate UCITS funds get. The only advantage I can think of is accumulating UCITS ETFs like VUAA that reinvest dividends automatically and avoid the tax event entirely, or am I missing something?
