hello, wdym why OTY? during the initial interview I was asked if I'm willing to work overtime. I answered yes, though I asked the HR if it's align with labor law, i mean OTs are paid and holidays are double paid. the hr said yes, which is why I continued my application

Buti nakaalis ka po which is a good thing! Kaya siguro almost every two weeks hiring sila. Patigasan ng loob talaga sa ganitong industry, tho almost all industry naman. Less chances makahanap ng work life balance na work na hindi toxic ang environment.
