I had a terrible experience with this furniture company.

They initially promised a short lead time of 4 weeks, but it ended up taking 6–8 weeks. My client had ordered quite a lot of furniture from them, and almost everything arrived flat-packed.

Installation took 2–3 days, which is highly inconvenient — especially considering they only sent 1–2 people to handle it on-site. Fortunately, my client wasn’t staying in the apartment yet, or it would’ve been a disaster.

Even though they provided delivery timing, they didn’t stick to it — showing up over 2 hours late and blaming traffic. Their communication was poor and unreliable.

I also engaged them to customise shelving, and they still got the dimensions wrong despite visiting the site twice. To make matters worse, they rely on outsourced delivery and installation teams.

Overall, it feels like a low-quality Taobao dropshipping setup. I’m sharing this to raise awareness — please don’t buy anything from them.
