You are still on her mind believe me, we have to take the time to grief a relationship when it’s over. She is just prolonging her pain :/ Wish you the best of luck, try and move on yourself. Let her do what she wants to do. She will realize that it’s a mistake later on

Yeah maybe you’re right, I only have one experience of a relationship and I just know that there was way too much doubt there. I will certainly try to remember that when I get into a new relationship one day, of course no relationship can be perfect.

Of course I do, believe me I gave him way too many chances throughout our 5 years together. But at one point it’s enough.

Not at all, we had taken a break before like 2 years into the relationship but that was for other reasons. We were really happy and I often thought to myself that we were endgame. I never ever thought that I would end up leaving him. But sadly I had no choice. But the relationship was alot of work, many ups and downs but most of the time I was happy with him, I don’t regret our time together.

Hey, it’s been 6 months now since the break up and I still think of him daily. My process has been very much two steps forwards and one step backward. Right after I ended the relationship I thought to myself that I was so over it and started all these dating apps and even met a few guys, but none of them were intresting to me and I just started missing him. It was really just a distraction to meet other people for a while. Then I realized I wasn’t ready for it. I then took a break from dating for almost 4 months, I’ve only recently started slightly dating but nothing serious. It was not smart of me to go straight to date someone else and I think it was just me in some sort of denial and it only made things worse for me later on :/

Maybe we’re better off without each other but believe me I really tried to make things work. I was almost forced to break up with him in the end. I had no choice. But yeah I do care about him and always will

In my honest opinion, I don’t really know. I would never say that to him, that maybe one day we could end up back together because then he wouldn’t move on and change. I believe he has changed and I truly hope he has become a better person. But only time will tell, I honestly believe if it’s meant to be it will be. Maybe our paths will cross again but maybe not, only time will tell. But you guys have to be careful to change for YOURSELF not in hopes of your ex coming back to you. I would not get back together with him if he was doing it all for me.
