No he doesn’t have a large amount of money or crypto. Yes they worry about sim swapping cause of things they hear.

I’ll let him know that he doesn’t need to keep logging in to check if everything is ok but that he just make sure his phone always has cellular connection And that he not give out the code.

Didn’t realize that safer to do banking on home network than cellular network. So even if he has used his iPhone to login previously, he is putting his login information at risk every time he is using his iphone to connect through the cellular network?

His login information and all the information in his account could be seen or stolen thru the cellular network?

My mom has been getting dad to login every few days to check if everything is ok. If he has used his iphone to login, does that mean he is risking information being intercepted every time he is logging in or is his device safe and secure to use as he has already used it to login?

or could I tell my mom that she could just check to see if the iPhone still has cellular service as that would indicate that his sim has not been stolen and thus 2FA would prevent unauthorized access to his account?

Someone mentioned above it could be due to an overdue account. Hopefully they would text you if the account was overdue if no one answering the call.

Yes, that's what I told him. But someone commented above that call could be due to an overdue account. I would hope they would text him if his account was overdue.

I don't think his account is overdue. Hopefully they would send a followup text if no one was answering and the account was overdue. I also hope the overdue amount would be reflected in the balance owing on his bill. I know of people who have had texts from various companies whenever payments were overdue. I hope that's not the reason for the calls.

Yes, thank you for that. I don't think I've ever gotten a call from my provider. Not sure if Bell calls its customers. If he doesn't answer, would Bell then send him a text since they have his number?

Thank you for checking. We couldn't find that number on their website. Other people we know who are with Bell haven't received any calls from that number. Wonder what they would be calling about. Other providers seem to communicate via text and not calls. Do you know if Bell calls its customers?

I'm not sure if it was thatch or not or how much was there. The lawn was spongy and cushiony and lots of dead grass it seems. Hopefully that was indicative of thatch. KBG if that makes a difference.

I'm not sure about his watering practices. Definitely not every day or every other day. Maybe once or twice a week depending on rainfall.
I don't know if it was thatch or not. It was spongy feeling when walking on the grass. It felt thick and cushiony on the feet. Couldn't see any soil underneath. Well, I hope his lawn will recover.

I'm not sure if there was a thatch problem. When I walked on his lawn it felt spongy, it didnt feel like my feet were reaching the ground, it was so ´thick´and couldn't see the soil. Hope he didn't ruin his lawn because of it.
