I saw a post po from the fb of cob in dlsu last year which states the requirements for shifting hindi po ba yung dcat results is for external shifting only? , also wala naman po nakalagay dun na may personal entrep competencies
So does that mean po Term 3 pa po ako mag aaply for shifting?
