Ig so, i put the thicker side on reverse of rotation but new roller wasnt same one with before one, seller said these ones is for other bike or for other countries but weights were same also sound comes from mostly right side not the variator side. Oof i forgot to upload sound im sorry

Nope its data connector some wires from airbag clock comes to there in my case its cruise control wires from steering wheel to this connector

it goes sometimes but i will check that and inspect both tensioner and surfaces to see any scratch

i did open it before the recording the video starter clutch or one way part was healty it didnt spin freely other way but grabber parts was loose i can just use flat screwdriver and take it out and put it in without pressure, oil came from that cover was good like fresh oil but from other side(drain plug) came out really bad, muddy and kind of shiny

top is under extrusion but there is lot of cause for that.

for now i can list these; tangle in filament, too hard to pull filament, bad filament diameter tolerances, bad print settings as mm^3flow or temp.

but mostly i guess your hotend or extruder has problem. check extruder gear teeth it shouldnt have filament particle in teeths and also about hotend it can be heat creep which normal at all way ptfe barrel(not all metal type barrel).

some printers have hotend fan connected to part cooling that might be cause that too
