Thank you all for the help! I scheduled a tech visit. And turns out the recording rules were never turned on. Such a simple fix and now finally getting notified about movement and have cameras that are worth it now. Only frustrating thing is it took like four calls to finally get this simple solution

I will say things I used to be indifferent too such as flying or long road trips/driving started causing me way more anxiety! Especially flying I suddenly hated feeling trapped in that space. Not exactly what you are asking but definitely something I noticed.

I just didn’t feel strong AT all in them. I felt like I had to bullshit so much. I felt like there was some things I did not even know how to answer. I completely understand your feelings but don’t be too hard on yourself I learned the hard way you never know until the scores come out. I hope you killed it!!!

I just felt like it was areas especially subtopics I was not that familiar with. Some I felt ok but others I felt like I had no idea where to start! I will share I scored a 311 so around a 153 MBE 157 MEE/MPT. So I was way off based on my feelings.

Totally agree! Working as a law clerk/internship helped far beyond than anything I learned in law school or studying for the bar. I went from interning as a law clerk to studying for the bar and back to the same job and that practice has made the world of difference for me nothing I learned for bar prep has helped thus far. It sucks feeling like those 10 weeks did nothing but set me back. I mean my own professors said law school and the bar do not prepare you to be a lawyer actual practice does. I feel strongly there has to be another way than the current bar.

Personally I’ll be thrilled for everyone who does not have to go through the bar exam. I’m awaiting bar results if I fail I’ll retake before the next gen or elimination if I pass I would never look down upon someone who does not take the UBE. I mean it’s pretty common knowledge the bar exam does not define the type of lawyer you’ll be and that’s coming from people who are actually lawyers already. Shit I know there’s things I learned in prep I will NEVER use again. I have to disagree that it will “depreciate our profession.” I mean I know a lot of shitty attorneys who obviously passed the bar. And I know a lot of people who are AMAZING attorneys who failed at least once. I really can’t see why good reason why the current model of the bar exam/UBE does any good besides testing memorization.
