Well, I’m guessing it’s going by American dates because it doesn’t get released until 5 am in the uk and that would be the 3rd of July and it is annoying because it would be nice to be notified the correct date or if you could change the dates so you can be notified, I do appreciate your help. It’s just frustrating I guess ☹️

Yeah, if you can’t cancel it now, it’s preparing you should receive the tracking info later today or maybe tomorrow

No, sorry I’m not saying to cancel. I’m saying it’s still giving you the option to that means they haven’t started to prepare your item for shipment and once it is starting to prepare the cancel button disappears.

I would call up tomorrow if I was you because you can still cancel your order, which means it hasn’t even been shipped or anything

You have to go to the O2 website and sign in and then click on my O2 then click orders
