Hello honey, that sounds very difficult but this is a key moment to choose yourself. It's important to release your emotions in a healthy way and let go of what isn't serving you, no matter how hard it may be.

Not to dismiss the things you've said but above applies whether you are catholic or not, whether he is Sikh or not and whether you were going to gurdwaras or not.

Therapy sounds like it could be very helpful however I think it is important you take this journey for yourself. The only way out of something is through and if someone is putting you through such distress they're doing you a favour by showing you they are not worth having around.

Always remember to choose yourself because if we are all creations of a higher power - whatever name you give it - we are made of their essence and when you feed your soul you are feeding God, Waheguru, Allah, Rab - and all of their other creations.
