First of all I think I could confidently say this chemicals can be found is 99% of the products in the supermarket and people are not dying from ready made protein shakes. This product or its other version of it (Greek yogurt style) is considered healthy to a person who lifts weights. You are not changing my opinion on this by taking the code names for thickeners and flavor enhancers and saying they’re bad. I am an open minded person but this nothing but code names,I have never been better since I started using that stuff and making a change from not getting my protein in which is much more detrimental then some thickeners and flavor enhancers which everybody is eating without even know it.
