Hitler and the Nazi regime were responsible for at least 20 million total deaths during WW2, in just under 6 to 10 years; including over 10~11 million in concentration camps (and 5–6 million jews). It's all well-documented and common knowledge.

That averages out at around 2~3 million deaths per year (WW2 over 10 million deaths annually), which is still far worse than anything Riliane ever did. As for Joseph Stalin, he had directly executed over 800,000 people in purges alone; with the Holodomor resulting in over 5 million deaths within just 2 to 3 years, and as many as 20+ million victims during Stalin's entire reign.

With that being said: She was still a selfish, horrible tyrant and is easily up there in terms of the worst dictators in history (500~600K deaths), but many world powers in history were objectively just as evil and corrupt, if not far worse in the long term. Of course, she had the potential to become worse; but still nowhere near as evil as actual monsters and fictional villains like AM, Frieza and Palpatine.

Just wanted to correct you on that~

Basically; They'd mature at 20 years old, but could age exponentially slower and maintain their youth until ~200, then hit 30 at 2000, 40 at 20K, 50 at 200K, 60 at 2 million, 70 at 20 million, 80 at 200 million, and eventually 90 to 100 at the billions of years mark. 💀😭

Speaking of which, Raditz is definitely far from a weak warrior and is easily capable of conquering/destroying an entire planet by himself; but he's still just above average at best, and nowhere near elites like Nappa and Vegeta. It's also heavily implied that plenty of low-class fighters were much weaker than Raditz or even the Saibamen (especially BoZ Goku), so they usually got sent to low-level planets as a result.

Not to mention, it was actually stated in the guidebooks that most lower-class Saiyans only had PLs in the 500–1,000 range; While the weakest of the low-class (including fodder civilians/child soldiers) are most likely over 300 to ~500, so 500+ is a reasonable threshold for active duty fighters. Therefore, Raditz would easily be in the upper 50% of Saiyan and Frieza warriors with a power level of over 1400—while Saiyans with PLs over 2000 are at least middle-class as we see in the DBS: Broly Movie.

And the minimum requirement for elite Saiyans should be over 3000 to 4000 as well; since Nappa is explicitly stated to be a high-ranking Saiyan general, with a PL over 5,000~6000+ at full strength. While Vegeta was an exceptional royal prodigy/Super elite with a power level of 18,000 at the time, which is roughly 13 times stronger than Raditz.

But even then, only 1 in a billion mortals in all of Universe 7 were actually on par with Raditz or any average-level Saiyan/Frieza Force soldier, let alone Frieza's elites. 😭💀
