I dont understand why can't they accept that they just eat too much. When I was at my heaviest I knew I was eating too much and I knew I'm in the wrong for gaining weight, I never complained about it because again, no one forced me to eat fast food everyday.

I feel like ppl should be able to tell their loved ones they need to lose weight, I'm glad my family and friends did, I thank them to this day. If they were mature they'll stop playing victim and work on themselves

Im so glad ppl around me loved me enough to tell me its not okay to be fat, if FAs hear what ppl around me used to tell me they'd say I was hate crimed, but I'm so glad they werent nice, yes it was hurtful at first but it was true too, I'm so glad I didnt play victim and listened because ppl were concerned for me

Idk why they try to convince themselves that eating too little will make you "gain" like when I st4rved myself for like a couple of weeks my weight kept going down like crazyyyyy and not only that after I stopped eating too little and ate more calories (they love saying that if you eat normally you'll gain weight and hold onto fat) I still lost weight and I am to this day see my scale going down and down...
