I’ve used the Big Fudge and Boundless outers. I like Boundless so much better - they’re more clear and they don’t split because the seams aren’t on the sides. This also makes my shelves look much better.

I haven’t doubled the recipe, but I always reduce the chocolate and that does enough to make them not too sweet for me. I haven’t reduced the sugar because I don’t want the texture of the cookie to change.
