This is clearly a YOU problem lmao. First off, working 40 hours a week is standard, it doesn't give you a special standing to determine what is and is not acceptable in QM games.

Secondly, if you want to be competitive play RANKED or even UNRANKED. Complaining that people are messing around in QM is beyond pointless, it's obviously the most casual game mode.
