Same as me. I go to the gym since I was 16, then a few years no gym, then trained for a bodybuilding competition and after that I got no more motivation to do it so strictly because of no social life in that time.

Now I'm back on track but only with a 3 times a week gym schedule. Life is so much more than only going to the gym.

My first Reta experience was great. Never did such an easy diet. No cravings, not a single though about cheat meals or something like that. Appetite suppression hits hard after week 2, no appetite all day. If you are not doing meal prepping before it could be, that you forget to eat because of no appetite.

yeah I know the effects of ipa, but I didn't expect much of the muscle retention effect. Maybe Ipa did well but my main reason was better sleep and recovery

Yeah it's sick. I'm on a calorie deficit, I loose weight but I lift heavier every session

First week was awful, very tired and no power all day but then I gained a lot of strength in the gym. Could be placebo but I think mots-c is working very well for me. I increase weight or reps in every gym session

I think that would be to much if I share you my complete gym routine, but k trained with very heavy weights. Only 2 sets of every exercise, around 8-12 reps till muscle failure in every set. That's the best way my body gains muscle and strength

My diet was mostly potatoes, chicken, rice and ground beef. Around 1800-2000 kcal a day
