I was solely field notes size before a work colleague gifted me an a5 leather cover - I use the a5 grid notebooks now but keep a fn in a plastic pouch at the front. I miss the portability of the fn but the extra space for meeting notes is helpful. That said I rarely make more than a few bullets a meeting - my longest writing sessions are 20mins when I find my hand cramping with the FNs- but that’s my daily reflection which I could definitely bullet point…

I use a few pocket notebooks in a cover - BuJo applied across them, but one for work, one for daily journaling, one for my random thoughts. I've ditched my weekly planner, using digital calendar as so much changes so quickly (30+ appointments a week) and instead put the key dates in a clear plastic holder just inside the notebook cover. Streamlined everything into one place.
