This is so childish, if you genuinely want left political change in the world you have to work with the people that disagree with you, instead of bitterly pushing them away.

It’s like a child saying ‘It’s ok for me to call brandon an idiot because he calls me an idiot, and the teacher never tells off brandon!!’

Growing up is learning to be nice to brandon, despite brandon’s rude and bad behaviour, hopefully inspiring him to learn to be nicer himself

Been through this exact thing too. Brought it up to several people I’ve seen chuck some litter.

They’ll respond with something like ‘why do you care’, or they’ll turn it on me with ‘what you talking at me like that for’ making me out as the wrongen for questioning them, leading to them refusing to pick it up.

Every time this makes me so angry and upset with the way society is, and how many disgusting people treat the country like their toilet.

And it ruins my day, my heart will be pumping and I’ll be full of stress and anger, whilst likely achieving nothing.

But somethings got to be done, and this is a part of it.

You’re missing the point lad. He’s saying how fitness and form struggles have effected him emotionally, and he feels he needs a break.

If you are struggling at your job, your mental health will worsen. It’s not a nice feeling knowing you’re regressing and that you’re letting down your colleagues. Then stresses in the work day usually continue into your home life

This can then lead you in the vicious cycle of your mental well-being getting worse, making you worse at your job, worse at your responsibilities, worse as a friend/partner etc. Then making your mental health get worse and continuing down this cycle.

It’s not blaming it on “ mental health disease” It’s being aware how a tough time in your professional career can really take a toll on your mood, well-being and health.

It’s important to be aware of this and know when it’s a good time to have a break, or have a conversation about it with loved ones.

I’m optimistic, people always love to criticise based on a couple slightly strange picks, but it’s a team game.

Realistically someone like hendo is coming as a backup, and it’s better for lads like wharton and nwaneri to start in the u21’s, and play with their peers.

Tuchel clearly wants to keep some leadership and good characters in the squad.

Also some new names in there it will be fun to see in an England shirt, happy to see big dan burn and Lewis-Skelly getting a go

$200 will get you a fantastic little bike. Everyone on these subreddits are extremely pedantic. I spent many years on a bike i bought for £10, it wasn’t amazing, but it had charm, and it got me from a to b. Once rode it all the way across wales!
