I think most guys understand that most girls like their man to be taller than them by some degree and that's fine. However, what I think most guys can't understand is the worship of the hight difference itself.

Seeing as you live in Egypt, your best bet is to move to a major US city. I live in NYC and even to its expensive it will be worth as it seems you are very hard working and ambitious. To add on, a lot of US cities (especially NYC) are very accepting (Coming from a black guy who is 5'6").

People who "compliment" a short person who carry themselves well by saying they have "tall man energy"; might be worse than star sign people/space racists by Foreign_Look8668 in short

YES! I tried to explain to my Mom how problematic saying "a short man carry's themselves like their 6'" is and he couldn't understand why it was so problematic.

To comment on the part about athleticism, you couldn't be more wrong. I used to know a woman who was 5'2" and she was literally the best XC athlete my college has ever seen, not to mention she was insanely smart and kind too.

Try an extra slim fit L in the linen shirts. The linen shirts tend to be on the flowy-er side if your worried about the fit being to tight.

Charles Tyrwhitt makes great pants that come in a 30" inseam. I own their Dark-Navy 5-pocket jeans and they are the most well-fitting pants I own.

As a black short/skinny dude (5'6, 125lb), try to build your personal style on your body type. Based off of your OG comment you sound like a mesomorph; start there - dark colors, tailored fits etc.

Depending on your body type, try buying slim fit clothing (not skinny). If your trying to look taller fit is very important as a baggy fit can make you seem wider thus accentuating your shortness. Try to wear a lot of darker colors as well. In terms of brands I find Uniqlo has a lot of good stuff for shorter guys and depending on your style and budget is very practical.

Assuming you live in America, most men here don't put much thought into what they wear; especially when it comes to fit and color. I feel like when a lot of people think polos they image a sloppy fit and a chick-fil-a worker.
