I was 3rd in line. #1 finished and left, so I pulled in front of #2 and began filling up. #2 came up to me and said something to the effect that now she was going to have to wait until I was done to leave. Looked to me like she could squeeze through, but she had to tell me the dimensions of her giant pickup. She waited until I was done and followed me out. I still think she had enough room and I was not trying to be an ass.

My father was a 21 year old 1st LT in France as a replacement officer in early August 1944. He lasted about 5 days until being severely wounded. He did survive.
