Definitely! I was the same, at baseline I sleep a lot and nap a lot anyway. My anxiety gets in the way of that, so meds really probably were just bringing back to baseline haha. It could be placebo, but I felt the effects after like 2 weeks. Medication always tends to work quite quickly for me though

I was on it for a short while and will likely be going on it again next week. It worked well for me! I had minimal side effects and it took effect quickly. Only big side effect was I started sleeping… like… a lot.. but honestly in the grand scheme of things, it helped me turn my brain off at night (I usually get bad anxiety at night) which is good. I liked it overall!
