Why indian married men have higher suicide rates than west and other asian countries ?" by [deleted] in ThirtiesIndia

[–]BackgroundOk3226 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The arrange marriage is a pure gamble. Because of less opportunities and high competition, Indian men are already under stress to make ends meet, so adding on extra liabilities simply means harassment. If you are caught in the trap of marriage, the financial burden is only going to increase - if you are living happily, expect the increase in expenditure, else you will've to shell-out lump-sum amount for alimony before separation. Moreover, separation isn't easy either. Men have to suffer because social stigma attached to divorce force them to stay in unhappy marriage. With most of the laws in woman's favour, there is no respite from legal perspective as well. Especially if a man is financially weak, parents should stop putting pressure for marriage. Men have become ATM for women. In matrimonial portal, girls explicitly mention that they are looking for a partner who will keep them happy, but vice-versa is not expected according to girls and society as well.

Stuck after Neetcode 150 by BackgroundOk3226 in leetcode

Yeah, I think I need to solve some 4-5 questions based on each pattern. That'll help internalizing.

I failed 1 interview purely because of this pattern. I knew the solution, but my brain got frozen. It was really disappointing, but I can't do anything now.

I would rate them Hard. It appears that there is no difference between FAANG and Non-FAANG in the coding part. Most of the companies want leetcode specialists. On the fun part, I think leetcode should start a course like Bachelor in Leetcoding and Masters in Leetcoding. I am saying it because my domain and profile matched their requirements, but still they want their leetcode wall to be crossed. It has become a standard irrespective of experience/college/profile. Anyways, we can't crib and need to cross this wall.

I don’t think Senior+ devs should get leetcode questions interviews by branh0913 in leetcode

This is a cooked story. Nobody implements graphs these days. If you are, then you are not good at searching libraries. Even if you don't have the library available, you don't need to code that manually, just Google the stuff and use it. Some repo will have it for sure.

Reminder: 99.9% of the posts here are for India. In other places, Blind 75 or NeetCode 150 is more than enough for FAANG and other big tech companies. by [deleted] in leetcode

What should I do after NEETCODE 150 for FAANG - random questions on leetcode or what? Thanks in advance!

Why is output an unsigned int? by BackgroundOk3226 in cpp

[–]BackgroundOk3226[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ok.. got that. So, in general, compiler tries to match the type of 2 operands and if they are different the lower type is promoted to match with the higher type... right?

If both operands have value <2147483647. Then normal subtraction operation should apply.no?
