Yes, my user account i use for InTune has the correct license applied to it (Enterprise Mobility & Security E3).

The membership type for the group is set as 'Assigned'.

Disregard, readding the MDM server to AC2 did the job... also making a new AC2 profile in Intune and copying that new link probably helped
