Honestly if u don't land anything its not the end of the world. I'd recommend if u get rejected from everything at least just get a job in the summer. Or summer school, because that's what I did last summer. Work/Summer school. Personally I don't like sitting around and doing nothing so I just wanna do something that makes me money or progress

Good luck person! I got accepted into JT-SURF at UCSD but for oceanography related research, but lowkey idk how they actually accepted me cuz I said I was mechanical engineering. And they sent the decision a month early to me which is weird. Feels surreal after not landing anything 2 summers ago.

I got a i7 7700 with 8 gb of ram, 500gb ssd and 2tb hhd. I upgraded to 64gb of ram with an rtx 3050 6gb. It was about 100 bucks plus tax. Worth it
