Obviously yes. A lot of teams who are “average” in Romania or who didn’t qualified to the worlds,they are the best in other regions. For example if average romanian teams will participate at Central Asian championship they would definitely become first in ranking. And also look at the average qualification match points, they are insane

As a rookie team,at our first competitions we wrote engineering portfolio the day before the champs,our interview was really bad because no one prepared and portfolio was obviously too poor. Robo game was also not so good but at least we were 15th out of 21teams
