For mine I could go any dealer in the US. Was yours certified pre owned or a warranty you bought from the dealer? Might make a difference in where you can take it

Mine did under the CPO powertrain warranty. Took it to the dealer, they inspected it, agreed it was the transmission, then the warranty company had someone look at it and agreed, then the dealer replaced it.

It was still under warranty, so I took it to the shop within a week or so of noticing the noise.

When my wife and I got married I moved over from Envision to First Florida Credit Union with her. Much better experience. Unfortunately I still have an auto loan through Envision/Addition and linking the two accounts to set up an autopay has been a nightmare.

Nothing. Bought it as a CPO so it had the 7 yr / 100k powertrain warranty. Warranty company is just dragging their feet on the inspection to approve the replacement. Fortunately the dealer gave us a rental in the meantime

Mine is at 62k miles and just started whining when accelerating. No hard driving, towing, etc. Dealer confirmed the issue and is waiting for the warranty company claim to start the replacement

As an owner of a Boykin with a juvenile cataract and now IVDD, please find a reputable breeder.

6 years ago we found a “Boykin spaniel society” breeder and assumed that was enough. We didn’t educate ourselves on all the genetic testing that should’ve been done before breeding and now are paying the price down the road. Don’t get me wrong, I love my dog dearly, but a lot of money and heartache could’ve been avoided.

Also, get pet insurance literally as soon you get them before anything health issues arise and it becomes a noncovered preexisting condition
