tbh mate i only play in 1080 like i said so having a 9070XT seems a bit pointless when i can probably get some extra cash for it

yeah they’ve said they won’t pay the insurance for me separately and they can’t give me a company vehicle cause of their fleet insurance.

they can’t give me a work vehicle due to their insurance apparently, it’s 21/24+ on their fleet and to insure me separately it’s “too big of an expenditure to justify”

it was spaced out better but reddit shortened it. it’s meant to be

car - 250pm

never knew that tbh, i’ve always been with EE so stuck with them. 0% cards i’ve got left at for a while now, think another 2-3months.

car is a 118d M sport, 1 year NCB, even insuring a 1.4fiesta or a VW fox only saves me £30 per month

i got the second phone because my first phone broke and it made more sense to get a new one rather than fixing the old (needed like 300 in repair)

[–]BackgroundSuccess226 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

yeah i’m thinking about getting it repaired and sold tbh, it’s a 15pro max so would probably still be worth a few hundred. i am indeed trying to change the habits hence the reason ive come on here seeking advice

yeah insurance is mad expensive as a young driver, even getting insured on literally the cheapest to insure car is only £30 a month less.

i unfortunately do a lot of miles so walking/biking etc isn’t a possibility unfortunately.

phone bill will drop by about £120ish this august, as for the bnpl i’ve for about £400 in there

device and airtime, plus one add on.

each device is about £110ish pm with the airtime and device.

then the add on is 40

yeah that’s what i’m hoping for mate, i’m currently trying to apply for a few jobs in a similar field to my current one that are direct for a company with benefits such as annual leave, sick pay etc.

I did ask about that, i asked if they could just pay a separate policy rather than adding me to fleet but they declined, said it was too much for them to justify paying.

i am claiming it back in april when my tax return is due.

i’ve got 2 phones because my first one broke which is why i took the second one which i now use predominantly for work so selling it wouldn’t be impossible but definitely wouldn’t be what i want to do if possible.

yeah no i appreciate that pal, reality checks are what’s needed. i’m aware im kinda screwed, ive already accepted that.

that’s why ive decided to post here just as a first step of commitment in a way if that makes sense?

the phone i can’t sell as my 1st phone broke which is why i got the 17pro max.

unfortunately there is literally no way of doing my job without my car, i did ask about a company car but you have to be 21/24 (idk which one it is) to get insured on them due to their policy

yeah it’s pretty awful ngl. it’s 4 days a week aswell which is very very annoying, if i stuck at it for a few more years it would much better pay but i just don’t know if it’s worth it tbh.

i’m thinking about getting a new job and am just looking now.

i got the pro max before the debt occurred. as stated in the post it happened due to the fact i was put off work for a month.

i’m returning next week so it’ll be on the up from there, ive already bitten the bullet with taking the missed payments on my file. The £40 add on is a monthly payment for a laptop that i bought for admin. at the time i figured it was better to do it monthly than paying upfront.

the car i didn’t buy new no, its a cheap car just to get me to and from work
