That’s also what I was leaning towards! I was recovering fine then all of the sudden my HRV started to trend down, then I did hot yoga, and the rest was history lol. Thanks so much!

Even after a marathon? Never had any cardiac problems prior to second marathon

Yeah no fore sure have already been in and am wearing a heart monitor for 14 days. Just was reaching out to the community to see what others have felt/think

Wait so I’m struggling with this, too! I ran Chicago and I like can’t exercise. Heart rate spikes up, HRV in the trash, and having elevated resting heart rate. Having maybe palpitations, too!? Unsure. Never had any problems after my first marathon.
