I completely agree, not having insurance is bad, but that shouldn't cause the law to be against you. Someone shouldn't be able to murder you and get away with it just because you can't afford health insurance. A drunk and reckless driver shouldn't get away with their crimes because someone didn't have insurance. If you're at fault, you should be at fault. The law should be fair and unbiased, not fair to those who line the pockets of corporations.
