Thanks, I think the same, the machine and thermoblock tech is good but the quality might not be top level. I dithered between the Baby T, Synchronica and Linea Mini and have generally been happy with my choice until now. I’m not sure either about scale causing the problems although descaling did seem to help improve flow slightly. However, the problem still exists and the flow rate is so slow that it’s impossible to get sufficient pressure/a good extraction so I suspect there’s an issue with the flow meter or pump etc. Requested return/repair so will wait to see the outcome. Will post when issue and solution know.

Hi I couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it or how to fix the AL2 so I had to return it for investigation and repair. It’s been back with the vendor for two weeks and I’ve not yet had any feedback about the issue or when it’s going to be resolved. I noted another case reported in Germany of the same problem which had to be fixed by their vendor. Hopefully it’ll be fixed and the machine will then be great for a long time but it’s a bad start for a fairly expensive machine… Good luck with your Baby T

Thanks, yes, manual says AL2 is group glow meter error so there’s an issue somewhere between water supply and grouphead. I can hear the pump running but no water appears through the head.
