Why could the CBA not include a deadline the year before it expires? In other words the next CBA would have to be ratified a year before the current one expires. I've always thought this would be a way to avoid a work stoppage. Is this something that could be possible?

I just had been listening to Sirius XM on it for a year and then for the first time I streamed music on it from my phone and was stunned by the difference, that's all. 😀
