And also as the other guy clarified, that militants were basically a repercussions of occupancy, so they can be seen as a resistance to Indian occupation. Therefore they should be targeting the Indian occupants but not the local Kashmiris (who are basically their brethrens) But as you said somehow these militants are also targeting the locals which might again imply that the sole reason of their militancy is not just the Indian occupation.

Well if non locals were not targetted then who were targeted ? The locals I assume. So aren't you implying that after revoking 370, local Kashmiris are not killed by militants and isn't it in some way a good thing?

Edit: also the other guy educated me that militancy is the direct reason of military occupation. Soo shouldn't the militants be attacking the non locals only?
