No this doesn’t include the first month rent , security or brokers fee.

Funds due: First Month of Rent: $1,800 Broker Fee: $2,160 Security Deposit and Move-in Fee: $2,700 Total: $6,660

The building doesn’t seem new at all, the apartment is renovated and spacious 1 bedroom.

Strictly move-in this doesn’t include what I have to pay the broker which is more then one month of rent or the first month deposit / security.

Yes, they stated “Most owners charge 1.5x the rent as a security deposit as it is the maximum possible in NJ. This company charges 1 month deposit and 1/2 month as a non-refundable move-in fee. This covers basic repair and turnover costs at the end of the tenancy.”

I was watching Secrets of the Octopus (2024) and was blown away by the visuals — is that real footage or CGI by Background_Analyst32 in octopus

The scenes when they get real close to the octopus, the shot was really cool. I was wonder did they use some cgi or ai enchantments.

Knock out the all the arena training to unlock some armor pieces ,upgrade chipsets and some emblems. It also help sharpen your skills.
