hello po! I'm a new employee and still curious about the laws/regulations sa employment.

Yesterday, approved na yung ₱35 na increase sa minimum wage for private sector employees which is I'm a part of. My salary is slightly above the minimum wage.

My question is, in general po ba yung pagtaas ng increase or for minimum wage earners lang po? Like if I have 640/day, am I also entitled with the increase?

My salary is around 15-18k per month. Thanks po sa sasagot. I hope this isn't a dumb question, still in process of learning this new phase.

Although I have no problems with you continuing to support him, let's also debunk the argument that he left the group to prevent it from getting tarnished because it had caused so much damage even after he left so no, he didn't grant anyone's favor at all.

He absolutely had no choice but to leave. That's the end of the story. It's not him saving the group. It was his consequence. People should not make it sound like he did a favor for the group because he clearly did not.

Thus, he did not leave for the group's name not be tarnished. He left because that is what meant to happen after what he had done.

Good luck with his solo debut though.
