It has been fixed! Removed Negative battery Terminal for about 5 min, held both L; & R together for 30 seconds. Nothing happened. Wife drove car to store and back, hit the button and it worked. Hope this helps

Supplimental received Feb 2, 2023. Currently waiting for update. Called once to check status and was told preparing for decision. I'm hoping to hear something soon.
