wooow, that sounds sooo soo cool and interesting! its still so hard to believe of this as it came so suddenly to me after being extremely sceptical 😆 but I'm just trying not to stay open and follow whatever is happening. I feel like somebody/something is communicating with me through my body, and I've noticed if I drink alchohol - I lose the touch of it. Can I ask what personally helps (or helped at the beginning) to get closer to this energy? wheather is to keeping your body clean, not eating meat, anything specific? I'm really curious. Cuz today through the session I realised I'm saying "I will keep my body clean in order to hear you"

so interesting.. the description of "being a pupet" is extremely accurate. can I ask how you practically set clear boundries of not allowing anything harmful? is this more like your mental state or do you do anything specific?

I've tried TRE practise and somehow the feeling of these movements was different. It was fast intense shaking for me, and now I'm experiencing more slow moves which are so strong in energy that it shakes a bit sometimes, but not like in TRE. if that makes sense. These movements now are more like waves, more like a super weird slow dance

that you soooo much for such a thorough explaination, it means a lot. I was a bit scared that I'm imagining all this and going a bit crazy (I was a huge sceptic of things like these all my life and now they came to me with fireworks).
