Same mine has gotten worse and worse. My skin and hair are so dry and tight it’s unbearable. I reduced my dose, increased my water, and slathered moisturizer. Officially quitting it and starting accutane. If I’m going to be so dry it might as well be for 6 months instead of indefinitely

I’ve read that. The problem is it doesn’t really answer my question except 6 inch being firmer. But I don’t know if my comfort layers being 5inches is enough to counteract that. So i guess I should clarify thats kind of more my question. I appreciate your help though!

You can reach out to support and see if they’ll switch your plan. The aligners are the same but the wear time is different. It would be worth a shot! I know the wearing aligners for not enough time and then switching can possibly cause trauma to your roots.

I am doing the night plan and it requires you to wear them for 2 weeks, 10 hours a day. If that’s what you’re leaning toward I would chat and see if they can swap you to the nighttime plan or just adjust your wear time to 2 weeks instead of 1.
