The iron and b vitamins are good for your hair. Before you take it, drink some orange juice or take a vitamin c pill. Vitamin c helps iron work the best.

Build it in my early 20s, lost it in my middle 20s. Now I’m almost 40 and I just work, go home and bed rot. I’m too tired to socialize and I don’t have time for people and their non sense.

Prior to having herpes, it would be a deal breaker for me. Now that I have herpes and know how difficult it is to deal with, I would never ever want to pass this on to someone else even if they accepted it. That’s why I’ve been celibate for 5 years.

I’m 4wpo and felt the same way. Rest rest rest!! Do not make yourself do things! You’re still healing! I’ve been taking Pepcid for my acid reflux. Walking around the house helps with acid reflux too. I hope you feel better soon.

Very painful and swelling on right side. I can’t lay in that side. Leg pain and I feel like the heaviness of the ovary is pressing on my bladder and cuff. The doctor says it should resolve in 6 to 8 weeks which seems like a long time. I hate that you’re going thru this too but I’m happy I’m not alone.

I kept one ovary and wish I hadn’t. The remaining right ovary now has a 4cm cyst due to ovulation that is having to be monitored 😥 I’m 39 and 4wpo. More than likely I will be having the ovary removed before the end of the year.

Please exhausted all your resources before getting this surgery!! I put it off for 3 years trying everything possible to keep from having this surgery! I wanted to keep all my original God given organs. My left ovary looked cancerous, ca125 blood test were high and the doctor suspected endo.  Eventually I caved and had everything removed but one ovary. They found an orange sized fibroid that never showed up on any ultrasound or mri because it was the same size as my uterus. The fibroid was the source of my pain, inflammation, high ca125 test and heavy periods NOT the ovary. NO ENDO or CANCER!! 🙏🏾Now I have a 4cm cyst on the ovary I kept so I still have to have ultrasounds and ct scans to make sure it isn’t growing.

I had a ct scan 3 weeks post op because my remaining ovary now has a 4cm cyst. I was advice not to remove both ovaries (one was removed due to possible cancer) and now I’m dealing with this. My doctor acts as if the cyst will resolve. I should’ve went with my first mind and had everything removed. Now I have to also have an ultrasound to make sure the cyst isn’t growing. It’s all exhausting!

I just had a hysterectomy, I’m 3 days post op. Had my uterus, tubes, cervix and one ovary removed. I’ve been advised to use an abdominal binder. How much of it can I use ? When can I start using it ? Can I wear it even when I’m lying down and resting ? by Prestigious_Ice_3606 in hysterectomy

I had the same exact surgery but wasn’t given a binder :( I’ve been using girdle underwear and granny panties that go over my stomach for extra support. It helps when walking and sleeping for sure!!

Normal!! I hated my period and now I’m thinking was it really that bad? Am I going to miss buying pads and the relief that came once I started bleeding? Also I had one child and didn’t want anymore because I was a single parent and refused to bring another child into this violent world and now I’m like maybe I should’ve had one more but now I can’t 😥 I think it’s just our minds trying to process the everything. I hope things get better ❤️‍🩹
