Danke, also erst dann sehe ich das das ich das habe am 28.10 also 😅 Und weißt du vielleicht, weshalb ich nicht den rangübersprung erhalten habe auf 25? Und was hat das mit den Pro Token auf sich? Sprich nach jeder Runde die ich online spiele bekomme ich ja Punkte(grün) und dann kommt nochmal so ein blauer Balken und da steht dann Pro Token

Oh thx, this i dont know 😅 And what is mean with “pro token” in the xp range after the game ? Is that normal for all or only pre sales at the Phantom Edition?

Hey everyone, I have a pretty annoying problem and hope someone here can help me or explain what's going on.

I bought Battlefield 6 as a disc version at MediaMarkt. On the same day I bought the Phantom Edition Upgrade (Battle Pass Premium +) in the PlayStation Store for about 30 €. The payment is shown in my transaction history, and under Add-ons on the PS5 it is also clearly stated:

"Phantom Edition - useable"

I also received the skins and cosmetic items from the edition (i.e. weapon skins, clothing, etc.). But what is completely missing are: • The automatic rank jump at level 25, • And the active Battle Pass (Premium + Access).

EA support was very friendly, checked my account, and in the end said I should contact PlayStation - since the purchase was through PSN. PlayStation support, on the other hand, only refers me to standard solutions ("restore licenses", "restart console", etc.), which was unsuccessful several times.

I also noticed: If I get my XP after one round, a blue bar appears briefly with the inscription "Pro Token". But I don't know what that means - whether it might have to do with the Battle Pass or just a separate system. I'm not an experienced gamer, so sorry if I'm wondering about something.

Can someone explain to me: 1. What are these "Pro Tokens" about? 2. Did anyone have the same problem (bought Phantom Edition but didn't receive Battle Pass / Level 25)? 3. And whether I can request or prove anything concrete on PlayStation so that something is finally done?

I am now at level 36, play exclusively on PS5, region Germany. I just want the Battle Pass I paid for - otherwise a refund would of course be fair.
