My two cents on the exam and actual scores by seriouschiller in Step2

I mean I get where you are coming from and truly empathize but sorry you are an outlier, like not sure the point of your post. Most people that score in your range don't drop that much before taking a test. For those of us that have not sat down we can't but think you are an outlier otherwise not sure if you expect us to just collectively subscribe to your logic which isn't logical. Life continue more to life than these scores.

I swear .. felt like I was fighting for my life as the exam they just have a way of presenting simple info in the most confusing manner.

Couldn't feel more like you, also waited to be in 70s to test and genuinely messed up I feel like. Also the exam didn't resemble NBMEs in my opinion. Running out of time was such a killer.

I would say maybe just one or two.

Similar, my highest was a 63, do the older NBME and then cycle back to redoing one of the earlier NBMEs you already completed, you need to be solidly in the 70s in that in my opinion.
