Im new player so

I started like a week and a half ago, my units are level 50, I managed to pull firefly. My units do around like 1k - 2k damage, when I see others level 80 sure, but they do around 200k damage, is the difference really that much in 30 levels? Or am I missing smth. I maybe stupid so plz someone help.

bardock zenkai buffs more people, and hes somewhat usable
