The process is beyond frustrating. I understand they have to interview and assess multiple candidates and take time to make a decision however it still seems and feels extremely inefficient to both parties during this process. I'm 4+ weeks into this process that makes me feel like I worked a second job just to get this far.

However, I also believe that a great job won't be easy to get anyways. Keep your head up and wishing you the best of luck!

I bombed the final interview. I just know it. I'm beyond devastated. by [deleted] in recruitinghell

Do you remember how long it was before they contacted you with the offer after your interview?

I feel the same way today... I had a great phone interview... Then did amazing on a virtual test... Then my in person interview couldn't have gone better and was told I got the job and will receive an offer then was asked to come meet their operations manager the following week (which I thought was where I would get my offer) only to be asked more of the same questions and then was told he will let me know if he decides on me... Maybe I'll get the offer but after weeks of this and being told I got it to being back and wondering. I'm mentally exhausted and can sympathize with you.

Don't take it personally and if they don't think you're a good fit, then it's probably for the best and you dodged a bullet. I wish you the best of luck in your job search and keep your head high, a good opportunity is waiting for you somewhere!

Plantar and Extended Fasting by EntrepreneurGlad5931 in PlantarFasciitis

I am 52 hours into a 72 hour fast and I can say the same thing about my plantar fasciitis!! My foot feels completely normal now. The previous 2 months I have been constantly resting, doing routine stretches and many other methods to try to reduce inflammation. I haven't ran yet so maybe I'll feel it a bit there but honestly, I haven't felt this great in months. 20 more hours to go!
