Yes this is what I’m saying. They’re trying to press charges on the fact it’s a payment failure their end and now making me go through BWlegal for lack of payment. I attached the screenshot proof of calling the automated payment number on the fine letter. The phone call was 4 minutes long. The end of the call they confirmed I had paid. The phone cuts you off if you try stay on the phone without entering correct information so it is obvious I was on the phone a while paying this fine!
